Yes, we do allow one well behaved pet. We do ask that animals not be on beds or furniture. There is an additional fee of $10 per night.

We do require a 3 night minimum stay during the fall and winter seasons. During the spring and summer we require a five night minimum

Our home is NOT ocean front but you can hear the ocean from the balcony. The walk to the ocean is approx 800 feet on a paved, private road.

Yes, we have a storage area filled with beach chairs, coolers, wagons, boogie boards, umbrellas, life jackets, kayaks, and a paddle board. We just ask that whatever is used be rinsed and returned.
